Poster template
Please submit your poster using the official WHS 2026 template here.
Presentation Information:
All posters should be provided with a 1080px (horizontal) x 1920 (vertical).
Please ensure that you use the WHS 2026 template to create your poster and save it in PDF format.
Posters must be in English.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any images have the appropriate copyright permission including consent if recognisable individuals are used.
Posters files should be saved in the format: posterID_author_title
Text and image:
Your poster presentation should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (max 1 slide).
You can insert your text and graphics directly on that slide. If possible, affiliations logos and images should be minimised in size and put in the lower corner of the poster.
All posters should be submitted via the Abstract Acceptance Portal (link received via email) 7 days before the event.
Oral Presentations Instructions
Presentation Information:
- Please go to your session room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the session.
- If your session is allocated to the Phayathai Grand Ballroom 1-3, it will be live-streamed, recorded, and simultaneously translated into French and Spanish. Sessions located in the Phayathai Grand Ballroom 4 and Siam Hall and Sena will be recorded.
- Video recording will be available on-demand in 24 – 48 hours via the WHS 2026 App.
- Your session recording will be accessible throughout the conference and post conference.
At your session:
- Advise the session chairs that you have arrived, they will advise if you should take a seat on the stage or wait to be called up.
Q&A
- After the panel discussion, there may be additional time for a Q&A with the audience. The audience can ask questions either using the microphones in the room or via the conference app. The Q&A session will be managed by the session chairs. They will be responsible for providing direction regarding where the next question will come from. They will also read out text questions from the summit app to the other panellists and the audience.
Technical details regarding slides
- Take your presentation file on a USB device to the Speaker Preview Room, preferably the day before, otherwise a minimum of 4 hours before your session start time.
- The IT network at the conference will be running Microsoft Office 365. All laptops will have identical codecs or service packs.
- The recommended format for movies embedded in the presentation is MP4. All video and image files should be stored in the same folder where the presentation is saved.
- The recommended image format is JPG. Other formats/extensions can be used if they are compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- The presentation should use the WHA fonts provided with the WHS 2026 PowerPoint template.
- Microsoft PowerPoint files should be saved with the .pptx extension.
- Mac users: The Keynote presentation should be exported to Microsoft PowerPoint format. Exporting to this format may require minor formatting to text, graphics etc. For videos embedded in the presentation, use the QuickTime functionality to record the movie file in MP4 format.
- The accepted storage devices at the speaker preview desk for file delivery are external hard drive and USB flash drive.
Speaker Preview Room
The Speaker Preview Room is located on Foyer -6th floor (in front of the Phayathai Grand Ballroom), Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai. Please proceed here at least 4 hours prior to your presentation.
If you are not providing slides for your presentation, please advise the AV technician.
Opening times:

Preparing your Presentation
Presentations can be created in PowerPoint (Scale 16:9) (PC users), Keynote (MAC users) or any other presentation software you prefer to use.
- Please ensure that you use the WHS 2026 PowerPoint template to create your presentation.
- Text should be no smaller than font 24; standard fonts must be used as any custom fonts cannot be depicted correctly.
- Animations and videos can be included in your presentation if you wish.
- Slides overloaded with text, or images with small elements should be avoided to facilitate reading.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that any images have the appropriate copyright permission including consent if recognisable individuals are used.
Conflict of Interest Statement if using slides
All presenters must include a statement within their presentation to either disclose any potential or direct conflict of interest, or, alternatively to state that they have no conflict of interest.
- The second slide (after the title slide) of your presentation should be titled ‘Disclosure Statement’ and text should be added to this slide to state whether you have a conflict of interest:
– No conflict of interest: “There are no conflicts of interest to declare”.
– Conflict of interest: Please state in your own words what the conflict of interest is. All presenters must disclose any personal or financial relationships that could influence their work.
– Funding: If the work received any funding this must be declared.
Permission
By participating in the WHS 2026, you agree that the World Hepatitis Alliance (WHA) may include your session recording on the WHA channels, including the summit app and share your presentation (if applicable) with summit attendees.
