About Tara

Tara Farrell is Head of Communications at the World Hepatitis Alliance. Having spent nearly ten years working in communications and public affairs, Tara has vast experience devising and implementing behavioural change campaigns, conducting global media relations and devising public health communications strategies. In 2014, Tara managed the press office for the World Congress of Cardiology & Cardiovascular Health. Recently, Tara spearheaded the development and launch of NOhep, a global movement to eliminate viral hepatitis. Tara holds an Honours B.A. in Governmental Policies from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
