About Rajkumar

Mr. Rajkumar Nalinikanta is a permanent resident of Manipur, North East India. He is a former injecting Drug User living with HIV for the last 15 years. He started working in the field of HIV and drug use related issue to promote and protect health & human rights of people who use drugs (PUD) since 2003.

Presently he is working as a President at CoNE which is a state level network of 13 community based organizations contributing to state health response related with drug use including HIV and viral hepatitis B & C. As an organization head he is leading the team in all the advocacy related activities taken up by the organization and also looking after the organizational development department of the organization.
